Gluten Free Explained.

Gluten is a protein that is found in most grains, holding most of their fibres together like a glue, to keep the food in tact while it ferments. Despite gluten being so widespread, many people have gluten-related disorders, much of which remain undiagnosed. The most obvious of such is coeliac disease. For those with Coeliac disease, being Gluten Free is essential to their health, but a Gluten Free Diet also has huge benefits for many other people.

These benefits includes: improved cholesterol level, digestive health, energy levels and weight loss. It may also help in reducing the risk of diabetes and/or obesity. Removing gluten from your diet removes many of the unhealthy processed foods that you may be used to consuming. A gluten-free lifestyle can help establish a health-orientated regime that will continue to benefit your life.
